We currently ship to Canada and the United States with Canada Post.

DELIVERY FEES :

We offer FREE SHIPPING in Canada and the United States for orders over $199 (before taxes). A shipping fee of 19.95$ in Canada and $25 in USA applies for orders under $199 (before taxes).

Additional shipping charges may apply for products shipped to remote locations in Canada and the United States or due to their size and/or weight (see Notes 1 and 2). The customer will be informed of any additional delivery costs before the order is shipped, however, most residential and business addresses in Canada and the United States* are eligible for free shipping or $19.95 (Canada) or $25 (USA) if purchase amount is under $199 (before taxes).

DELIVERY AND PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada within 1 to 2 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are shipped with Expedited Parcel service in Canada and Tracked Packed-USA service (exceptionally Expedited Parcel-USA) in the United States.

In general, it takes 2 to 10 business days for delivery depending on the city of delivery. We do our best to ensure that these time estimates are accurate, but it is not in our power to guarantee them. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

Saya Percussion Shop or Saya Percussion are not responsible for delays due to local disruptions, nor for delays caused by postal services during holidays or holiday season.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address and we have to pay a fee to receive the order, the amount we are required to pay will be deducted from your full refund. We will notify the buyer, and the buyer is required to pay additional shipping costs to ship the item a second time.

If a package is returned to us because the buyer did not claim a package after the delivery attempt, the buyer is responsible for the additional return and shipping costs to ship the item a second time.

USA CUSTOMERS:

All orders are shipped from Canada. Therefore, import duties and local taxes may apply to your order once your order arrives to the United States. These charges are to be covered by the customer.

Sayapercussion.shop is not responsible for any taxes and/or customs duties in the country of destination of the products. We can not predict, in any way, if custom duties will be charged by the country of destination. For more information, please contact the customs office of your country. In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be charged to the customer.

CANADA CUSTOMERS:

All applicable taxes will be charged upon placing your order. 

We do not ship to a PO Box in Canada.

Note 1: Remote locations refer to locations with postal codes that are difficult to serve. Free shipping does not apply to remote delivery addresses, including but not limited to:
• Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories

Note 2 *: Shipping to the USA is available only within the 48 contiguous USA states. Delivery to USA overseas territories and non-contiguous states such as Hawaii and Alaska is not available.
